We were in Japan right around the time of cherry blossom season, or Sakura as it's known there. We were amazed at the number of snacks and treats made with the flower so we decided to give it a try! The flavor can best be describe as floral and similar to rose, as we mixed Sakura into our Tanzania White Chocolate and sprinked a bit of this unique pink powder on the back!
