Shipping Policy

*Free shipping is applicable to the lower 48 States in the USA. Otherwise shipping calculated at checkout.

We typically ship Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday or later ship Monday. Shipping is typically UPS Ground and we always insulate. In warm weather, we may include a cold pack and additional insulation. Please insure that the delivery address will not result in the package sitting outdoors for any length of time. We highly suggest shipping where you can receive the package immediately. LetterPress Chocolate is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or addresses where delivery results in a package remaining in a hot, rainy, or otherwise unsuitable environment. It’s chocolate, and it can melt! We make sure our bars are packed as best they can be, but please help us to make sure your bars are received and not laying out!

We will not ship when the temperature is 90F or above. When the weather is above 75F, we will include an ice pack and additional insulation. We highly recommend overnight or 2nd Day shipping if the weather is above 80F. Above 80F, we cannot guarantee our chocolate will arrive unmelted if shipping via UPS Ground. Please bear this in mind before ordering!

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. LetterPress Chocolate has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States (at an extremely high cost charged to us). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.

If your package was lost or damaged, we will work with you to replace your order. Please see our Refund Policy.
