We understand some people prefer chocolate without any sugar whatsoever, and we found monk fruit is an option without using chemicals like erythritol or sorbitol, so we can keep our ingredients list simple! We used our Ashanti Ghana 100% chocolate and added a touch of monk fruit powder. The experience is much different than our cane sugar sweetened chocolate, in an interesting way!
